The World Youth Festival hosted young leaders in business, media, culture, science, education, volunteering and various areas of public life. Nafha participated in the festival as a youth representative from Maldives.
Maldives President appointed Ms Shareef to the PYAB to represent youth-led civil society organizations on the board upon being nominated by the Youth Policy Advisory Group.
Representatives of the Youth Policy Advisory Group was among the 82 young people from 21 countries in Asia and the Pacific region convened together at the Asia-Pacific Regional Convening Ahead of the Summit of the Future.
